Sutro Bath's Engagement Session in San Francisco | Lake Tahoe Wedding Photographer
A pit stop at the botanical gardens was where their romantic proposal took place. Jessica was out with her girlfriends one evening and they insisted on stopping at the gardens to see a “new exhibit.”
As Jessica was walking around she spotted Emil! He was holding a bouquet of flowers with music playing in the background. He dropped down on one knee popped the question and Jessica said yes or a version of that…since the tears were starting to roll in…she’s not exactly sure what was said. So cute!
Instantly a group of friends and family surprised her with a loud cheer!
Enjoy a peak of their engagement photos!
Part one of their engagement session took place at Lyon Steps in SF.
Why did they choose Sutro Baths for their engagement photos? Sutro baths has always been one of Jessica’s favorites spots. She loves listening to the ocean. This spot helps relax her and the beach is one of her favorite places.
Personally, this was my first time going here and it was beautiful. I’d love to stop by again. Also, we made it just in time for a romantic sunset.
Advice to brides planning a wedding: Don’t sweat the small stuff, it all works out in the end.
A few facts about Emil and Jessica:
+They love to watch movies and be outdoors (perfect combo if you ask me)!
+They love a good taco spot (feel free to drop any recommendations below).
+They met at a pizza party, hosted by mutual friends.
Jessica was really nervous about looking awkward. She claims not to be the most photogenic person and she was also worried about the weather. SF is always changing. Thankfully, it all went smooth! We got awarded with some incredible weather and Jessica rocked it during her session.
Future goals are to be full time volunteers, focused on Bible education.
Thanks for choosing me to be your personal paparazzi during this exciting journey. Excited for the big day next year!
