“Don't stress about the small details! It all falls into place perfectly. Also don't feel guiilty or weird for taking a non traditional route! We had a big white wedding planned but this turned about to me so much better than I even imagined. Your extended friends and family will understand and be supportive - at the end of the day it's just about you and your partner!-” C&G

“We are so appreciative of all of the support we have received and the love felt from both our immediate family in attendance as well as extended family and close friends - everyone has been so incredibly kind and we feel so special to have all of your in our lives.”

Favorite Moments

“Getting out into nature with such an intimate group:”-Gabe

“I absolutely loved our ceremony! It was so personal and special to us, sharing our own written vows was definitely the highlight. Also getting to speak to every guest! It's easy when there are only 14! Really got to connect and have special moments with everyone”- Carmen

After the wedding…

“We took a mini moon to Santa Barbara! Great to escape the heat and smoke for a few days! Once the world opens back up again we are debating between a trip to Africa, Kenya and South Africa specifically - we both studied abroad there so it's super special! Or possibly checking out Greece, Croatia and Sarajevo!”

I have so many favorite moments from being Carmen and Gabe's paparazzi for their elopement like including but not limited to: hearing their heartfelt vows, almost stepping on a beehive during couples photos, watching Carmen pop/spill champagne in the car, going to locations that are special to them for their couples shoot, etc. I left feeling so stoked that our paths crossed, and although they're super cool, I think riding with Carmen's grandpa to the ceremony takes the cake for my personal favorite moment :P He went over some of the town's history, and I now understand why he's Carmen's favorite person in the world :)

Fun facts!

”We both went to Gonzaga so are huge college basketball fans - go zags! We both grew up skiing but neither of us are willing to concede the title of who is better ;) Each trip we take abroad Gabe insists on using all local public transportation - met some interesting people and great way each time to check out what local life is really like…” and Gabe always carries Carmen’s nalgene when they hike!

So what the future hold for C&G? They want to get a beagle, put a bocce ball court in their backyard and shoot under 100 on the golf course!
